The Province of North Holland, like all other provinces in the Netherlands, is working on the implementation of the environmental law. A new law that should make it easier for citizens to submit applications via a single counter.
The Environmental Act is a gigantic change process within the provinces in the Netherlands. The province of North Holland has therefore asked us, just like the province of Utrecht, to help them with internal communication about the environmental law.
With a narrative cartoon animation video, in our bronze video package, the internal organization at the province of North Holland is included in the environmental law change process. The purpose of this video is to explain as well as possible to the internal organization within the province of North Holland, why this change is coming and what will change.
